We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will plan, organize, and execute real estate events that align with our brand vision and business objectives, enhancing client engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and on-site events such as property showcases, open houses, networking mixers, and launch events.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate logistics including location booking, permits, catering, audiovisual, signage, and staffing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with marketing and sales goals.
  • Provide on-site support and manage event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Evaluate event success and generate post-event reports for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
