Job Description

Overview We are looking for a skilled Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in capturing high-quality video content, possess strong editing skills, and be able to tell a compelling visual story. The videographer will work closely with our creative team to produce videos that meet our company's objectives and resonate with our audience. Supervisory responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities for this role. Responsibilities Develops videos for marketing campaigns, email/website promotions, or other purposes. Creates schedules, develops scripts, and selects locations or talent. Directs and films projects, overseeing the work of light and sound staff; coordinates with outside vendors as needed. Maintains files of projects. Arranges for the repair and maintenance of supplies and equipment. Plan and set up video shoots, including lighting and audio equipment. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos. Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts. Manage video archives and organize footage. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Operate and maintain video equipment. Conduct interviews and capture b-roll footage, as needed. Travel and time requirements Occasional travel up to 25%, along with working evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications and experience Requires a bachelor's degree in film, media, and 2 to 4 years of experience. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Handles moderately complex issues and problems. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Detail oriented. Organizational skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Physical demands While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds. Work environment and expectations Draper Utah Office-based position with the potential for hybrid work within the Utah State only, subject to approval. Employees must work a minimum of 2–3 days per week from the Company office. Employees must maintain the same level of performance, engagement, and availability in hybrid settings as in-office roles.
