We are looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in processing title-related transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized records. Responsibilities:
• Process vehicle title transactions, including printing, filing, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Oversee the termination of fleet vehicles, managing all steps efficiently and accurately.
• Request checks for newly acquired vehicles and ensure timely documentation.
• Perform title searches and maintain organized, accessible files.
• Scan and file documents digitally to support efficient record-keeping.
• Manage fleet vehicle documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Utilize digital printing tools to produce necessary documents.
• Maintain thorough and accurate files related to fleet management and title processing.
• Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues in documentation.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in title processing or a related role.
• Proficient in performing title searches and handling fleet vehicle documentation.
• Strong skills in scanning, filing, and maintaining organized records.
• Familiarity with fleet management processes and digital printing tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently after receiving training.
• Knowledge of MSOS or similar systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and resolving issues.
