Role

• Lead efforts to enhance device performance through variability reduction and yield optimization across advanced semiconductor processes, with a focus on both leading-edge and legacy device technologies
• Analyze process and device test data using statistical methods and identify key levers for improvement, particularly in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Develop and modify integration flows to incorporate novel materials into both internal R&D and external customer platforms, considering a broad range of device types (e.g., planar CMOS, FinFET, GAA, and DRAM peri-transistors)
• Conduct device and process simulations using TCAD tools to validate integration strategies and guide experimental work
• Coordinate root-cause investigations using physical analysis techniques and propose corrective actions related to epi, defectivity, and front-end process modules
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and manage technical projects from concept through implementation, bridging research and manufacturable solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process development or device integration, preferably within high-volume manufacturing or foundry environments
• Masters degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in TCAD simulation tools (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus or Silvaco Atlas) and experience with electrical test data interpretation
• Strong knowledge of transistor fabrication processes and front-end modules, including epitaxy, implant, gate stack formation, and defect analysis
• Familiarity with various device architectures (e.g., planar CMOS, FinFET, GAA) and DRAM peripheral transistor development
• Experience with semiconductor metrology and process control methodologies
