Job Purpose The ICE Mortgage Technology Senior Encompass Consultant will be responsible for driving the adoption and deployment of our solutions. Using their expertise and the organization’s best practices, the consultant will aid in the configuration and implementation of ICE solutions. The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience implementing software solutions and a working knowledge of Encompass software. Overview Job Purpose The ICE Mortgage Technology Senior Encompass Consultant will be responsible for driving the adoption and deployment of our solutions. Using their expertise and the organization’s best practices, the consultant will aid in the configuration and implementation of ICE solutions. The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience implementing software solutions and a working knowledge of Encompass software. Responsibilities Partner with clients to demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs Facilitate sessions and drive consensus on approach and best practice solutions for ICE products Provide recommendations and function as a subject matter expert Assist with system configuration Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines. Utilize ICE Mortgage Technology’s solutions automation to streamline customer processes.
