\nDepartment Specifics: Daily shift team huddle and shift reports, bedside shift reporting, purposeful rounding, multi-disciplinary rounding, provide clinical support to different departments (Code Team, Rapid Response Team, Staff Training and Education, Floating), Diversity and Inclusion projects, Unit Based Employee of the Month, Birthday celebration and more, Unit Practice Council, Clinical Practice Council.
