As a NetSuite Implementation team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, you will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs to improve operating performance, use of technology, delivery of customer experiences and/or management decision making. You will define, craft, develop and implement business and technology solutions based on analysis of current practices, processes, technologies and data in comparison to leading industry practices, technologies and benchmarks. This role typically involves supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of NetSuite ERP solutions, with a focus on hands-on technical tasks, customization, and client support. Technical Skills Required: NetSuite expertise, SuiteScript, system integration (SuiteTalk/Web Services, RESTlets), JavaScript, data management, testing tools, and documentation tools. Responsibilities Solution Design and Configuration: Assist in the design and configuration of NetSuite ERP solutions to meet specific business requirements; customize NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management) to client needs; develop and implement custom scripts using SuiteScript. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications; develop functional specification designs and business scenarios. System Integration: Develop and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other integration tools; ensure seamless data flow between integrated systems. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit and integration testing; identify and fix bugs; assist in the development and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize performance; apply best practices for performance tuning. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Produce technical documentation and share knowledge with the team and broader organization. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide end-user and client support; troubleshoot and debug NetSuite issues and custom code. Client Engagement and Support: Engage with clients to understand technical needs and provide solutions; build and maintain relationships as a trusted technical advisor. Training and User Adoption: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions; support ongoing user adoption. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other developers; participate in planning and status updates. Continuous Improvement and Learning: Stay up to date with NetSuite trends; pursue training and certifications to improve skills. Adherence to Development Standards: Follow development standards and best practices; ensure code quality and maintainability through reviews. Risk and Issue Management: Identify technical risks and issues; assist in mitigation strategies; monitor and report status. Business Process Understanding: Understand client business processes and how they map to NetSuite; recommend process improvements. Education Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Finance, Public & Environmental Affairs, Supply Chain, Public Policy, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a comparable major. Compensation and Benefits Wage range: $62,000 - $100,000 per year. This range reflects factors including skill sets, experience, licensure, certifications, and location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is provided; actual compensation depends on the facts and circumstances of each case.
