Memory Care Universal Worker

Full Time or Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights

Pay rate between $17 - $24/hour (Based on experience & including shift differentials)

What will I do as a Memory Care Universal Worker?

• Provides personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, etc. for residents according to the resident's assessment and service plan (ASP).
• Assists residents with housekeeping and laundry services.
• Assists residents with activities.
• Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families.
• Completes documentation of resident service logs, etc.
• Communicates residents concerns and needs to Resident Care Coordinator, Wellness Nurse, and / or Wellness Director.
• Assists with dining.

What is required in this position?

• Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate.
• A minimum of 1 year in Assisted Living, Personal Care, Long Term Care.
• Memory Care experience preferred.
• Must have a valid and current C.N.A. certificate or complete on-line care giving training.
• Must complete annual training as required by current regulations.
• Must maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have excellent communications skills.
