Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, extractions, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
* Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Administer additional services such as waxing, tinting, and body treatments, as required.
* Recommend appropriate skincare products and at-home care routines, promoting spa products for continued care.
* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace that complies with safety and hygiene standards.
* Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and offering follow-up consultations or treatments.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends by participating in ongoing education and training.
* Keep accurate and detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences.
* Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications:
* Valid state Esthetician license.
* Proven experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a medical spa or luxury spa environment.
* In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
* Ability to assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
* Experience with advanced skincare treatments (such as laser, microneedling, or radiofrequency) is a plus.
* Attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
