What we need We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support a successful and rapidly growing business with trusted brands. Overall purpose of the role: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and expert knowledge of current design software (primarily Adobe Illustrator) and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to creating final production-ready files for manufacture. Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. In-house brands, Quikcell and BosBos , are leading brands designed and manufactured by Alphacomm for the Prepaid channel. Responsibilities

• Work closely with creative team to support or drive editing print and digital collateral
• Developing digital and print sizing for marketing assets when requested
• Delivering or editing social media and email content
• Proofing and preparing both small and large format files - including, but not limited to business cards, event collateral, branding, etc.
• Meet goals and deadlines necessary for timely delivery of projects
• Consistently demonstrate design capability with an eye for detail and execution
• Team player with an understanding of working on multiple projects with deadlines
• Assist management on special assignments as requested.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of graphic design or production experience
• Minimum of a 2-year degree in Graphic Design or similar degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; Figma and After Effects are a plus
• Familiar with the 4-color printing process
• Strong conceptual skills
• Excellent graphic design, layout and typography skills
• Be able to work well with team members, clients and vendors
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust to inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines and project goals in a fast-paced environment
• Pursue learning and self-development
• Comfortable with MAC OS platform
• Independent and self-sufficient, and not afraid to ask questions or receive feedback
