Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, and presentations. Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. Prepare and optimize files for various platforms and printing processes. Assist in the management of design projects and timelines. Learn and apply design principles and best practices. Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Support the creation of moodboards and style guides. Help maintain and organize digital asset libraries. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity. Basic understanding of digital design best practices. Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
