Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements: Provide support to senior bankers across three coverage groups: Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (“REGAL”) and Industrial Services Develop client presentation materials and internal committee memorandums, including all background research, analysis and drafting Ownership of financial models and detailed valuation analyses, including Leveraged Buyouts, Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comparables and Transaction Comparables Drive execution process across the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial deal origination through closing Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function to a high standard of excellence. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business, or a related field. Work Experience: 1 years of experience in Investment Banking or related Financial Services Industry (1-2 years) Experience is preferred, but not mandatory, in any of our three coverage verticals (Financial Sponsors, REGAL or Industrial Services) Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products Expert comprehension of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges Solid interpersonal skills, with crisp communication and an ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly (both verbally and in writing) Ability to multi-task and coordinate across multiple teams Intellectual curiosity and courage in leadership style Team player and self-starter Certifications: FINRA Licenses 7 and 63 required. What Else You Need To Know : The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
