What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help families with mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense & retirement planning
• Recommend customized coverage based on client needs
• Manage your pipeline, follow up with leads, and close sales
• Stay current with product knowledge and state licensing requirements
• Attend weekly team calls and growth-focused trainings

Earning Potential:

• Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week): $2,500–$5,000+ per month
• Full-Time (35–45 hrs/week): $7,000–$12,000+ per month
• Top performers can exceed $20K/month with consistency and drive

Who We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communicator with sales or customer-facing experience
• Able to work independently with discipline and follow-through
• Committed to personal and professional growth
• Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we’ll guide you)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services
• A current life insurance license (not required to apply)

Important Details:

This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not salaried)
