Traditional Home Health Care is hiring compassionate, dedicated, Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care to our patient located in Northampton County. Traditional Home Health Care is a leader in the health care field providing skilled nursing/aide services and state of the art educational programs that have proven results. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide emotional/behavioral support
Follows plan of care
Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
