Responsibilities Hire top talent to support sales and operational goals. Achieve or surpass sales, EBITDA, labor, shrink, gross margin, APC, and customer growth targets. Maintain Mystery Shop scores of 95% or higher. Essential Competencies Ability to hire and develop high-performing teams.
