Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and watering
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently
Assist with installation of sod, trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape features
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Follow directions from the crew leader to complete tasks on time
Assist with seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow removal, or storm cleanup
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
