Job Description - Prepare and review financial statements for various funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct reconciliations and analyze variances to maintain accurate fund accounting records.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and successful audits.
- Support the preparation of investor reports and respond to inquiries related to fund performance.
- Assist in the calculation and reporting of fund NAV (Net Asset Value).
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal controls.
- Provide support to senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in fund accounting.

The Successful Applicant A successful Fund Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with fund accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and integrity.
