Fund Accountant - Operations, Accounting & Reporting

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000/year

Join a dynamic team managing a diverse investment portfolio across asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds, and private investments.
What You'll Do

• Oversee monthly close processes, valuations, and reconciliations
  
  
• Track investment activity (calls, distributions, fees)
  
  
• Prepare performance reports and analytics (returns, benchmarks, attribution)
  
  
• Support fund-level accounting and reporting for clients and donors
  
  
• Prepare tax forms for charitable trusts
  
  
• Collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence
  
  
• Lead and support ad hoc projects and reporting requests
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
  
  
• 3+ years in public accounting or financial services
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  
  
• Solid understanding of accounting workflows and tools
  
  
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  
  

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
