Job Description

This role involves providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring clients to appropriate partners, reviewing financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires completing necessary licenses and training, including SAFE Act registration, with compliance being essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning short and long-term financial goals using brokerage products like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs.
• Triaging client requests and making referrals based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Manage risk effectively in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses (or Series 63 & 65 with the condition to pass Series 66 within 60 days).
• At least one year of experience in the investment industry and/or financial services sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage goals, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and due diligence.

Desired Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in financial services or sales.
• Additional professional designations like CFP or CRPC.
• Insurance licenses.
