About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of areas, including service provision, financial management, human resources, licensure compliance, clinical, sales, marketing, and census development. The Executive Director must ensure the community provides exceptional quality, outstanding service, and sustained resident satisfaction while also maintaining superior associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as a focus on employee and resident safety, is essential. This role requires a leader with a strong background in the senior living industry, including prior experience as an Executive Director or Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' direct supervisory experience in the senior housing industry and a proven track record in sales, financial acumen, and operational excellence. Key competencies include strong and compelling leadership, high judgment, and diplomacy, effective conflict resolution, and a servant leadership style that aligns with the company's culture. The Executive Director will be expected to foster a cohesive team environment, lead marketing and sales initiatives, and build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. A minimum of an associate degree is required, with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
