About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the efficient operations and management of a senior living property. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding and promoting the organization's mission, vision, and goals, as well as ensuring compliance with state and local standards and regulations. This role involves assuming administrative authority, recruiting and supervising staff, and maintaining a budget. The Executive Director will also be the primary liaison for community relations, particularly in the areas of aging and dementia, and will be dedicated to continuous quality improvement and the well-being of the residents. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 2 years in long-term care, and be a licensed administrator as required by the state.
