About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of areas, including service provision, financial management, human resources, licensure compliance, clinical, sales, marketing, and census development. The role demands a leader who can ensure exceptional quality, outstanding service, and sustained resident and associate satisfaction. The Executive Director will also be tasked with maintaining operational efficiency, strong financial results, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, with a particular focus on employee and resident safety. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a background in the senior living industry, with prior experience as an Executive Director or Administrator and a minimum of 5 years' direct supervisory experience. The role requires a leader with strong sales skills, financial acumen, and a proven track record of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum P&L responsibility of $1-3 million and experience in hiring, developing, and retaining large teams.
