At Fastest Labs, you will also have the chance to grow into a leadership position. Your role with our team will be a dual role, with administrative duties such as customer service, data entry, and handling telephone calls as well as providing clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services.

This position requires a high level of customer service and an extremely positive attitude. We will certify and train you to welcome, test and service our clients. We perform pre-employment and random drug testing for small to large businesses and individuals. If you have the motivation and attitude to learn we will invest in you and you can be a part of our rapidly expanding team.

No medical experience is necessary. Instead, we will provide all the certifications necessary during your orientation and training sessions. We are looking for a TEAM MEMBER with administrative skills, outgoing people person qualities, and a HIGH level of customer service.

PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY:
Prior sales experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
CPC (Certified Professional Collector)
BAT (Breath Alcohol Technician)

DETAILS:
Salary: $17.00 per hour (plus salary increase after 90-day probation period).
Work Type: Office open daily M-F, no weekends, paid holidays Conduct on-site drug testing for clients during and after hours.
After hours collections pay an extra fee to you!
Job Type: 25-40 hours a week

Basic Function

Handle incoming calls, client communications, testing, and office administration.

Assist in the day-to-day operations of our Fastest Labs collection site.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Handle potential customer inquiries to schedule a sales appointment or come to the Fastest Labs collection facility for testing.

2. Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle, and DNA specimen collections.

3. Test urine specimens utilizing instant/rapid screening device across multiple drug panels, as needed by B2B or B2C customers.

4. Schedule appointments, generate sales receipts and customer invoices, and maintain ongoing filing system, according to written procedures.

6. Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody collection procedures, properly package specimen, prepare for shipping, enter data into system, and complete necessary paperwork.

7. Collect payment from donor/customer and properly fill out and process the client chain of custody testing forms.

8. Report urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle, and DNA test results to the customer using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client.

9. Conduct incoming sales calls during the day and professionally and accurately present Fastest Labs services to prospective customers.

10. Monitor, inventory, and replenish testing supplies, including gloves, cups, FedEx clinic packs, forms, printer ink cartridges, etc.

11. Follow-up on all phone and internet-sourced sales leads with return phone calls, emails, and/or written correspondence, as appropriate.

Special Requirements
1. Ability to use a computer and MS Office and Adobe.
2. Ability to withstand regular physical contact with urine, hair, saliva, fingernail dust, and cleaning solutions.
3. Ability to lift 35 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
4. Sitting at a desk for extended periods.
