Job Title: Spanish Fluent Document Review Attorney (Remote – Project-Based)
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside and perform all work within the continental US)
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Contract
Pay Rate: $32–$40/hour, depending on experience
Duration: Approximately 3–5 weeks
Start Date: Immediate (Project expected to begin early next week. Candidates must not have time off planned during the duration of the assignment.)
LHH is seeking licensed attorneys for a remote eDiscovery document review project supporting a prominent law firm based in Miami. The project involves complex commercial litigation and requires full-time availability during standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ETZ). Occasional overtime may be required.
Review and analyze large volumes of legal documents for relevance, responsiveness, confidentiality, and privilege.
Apply coding tags and categorize documents using e-discovery platforms.
Identify and summarize key information to support litigation strategy.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privilege standards.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
JD from an accredited law school or equivalent legal degree.
Active bar license in good standing with any U.S. jurisdiction.
Strong analytical and legal reading comprehension and verbal skills in Spanish (native fluency preferred).
Must reside in the continental United States.
Recent experience in eDiscovery document review as a licensed attorney.
Proficiency with document review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, iCONECT).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must be available to start immediately upon hire.
Must pass a background check and conflicts review.

Proof of active bar licensure
ALTA scores for Spanish reading and writing (or willingness to take the test if administered)
