Front Desk Dental Receptionist Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Are you a friendly, upbeat, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our busy dental office is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can greet every patient with a smile and keep our front office running smoothlyeven when the phones are ringing off the hook!

What Were Looking For:

• A people person with a warm, professional demeanor

• Fluent in English and Spanish spoken and written (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT BILINGUAL)

• Able to manage heavy in-person and phone traffic (4-5 lines at a time)

• Calm under pressure, with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  
  
• Experience in a dental or medical office is a big plus!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

• Answer multiple phone lines efficiently and courteously

• Manage patient flow

• Basic front office tasks

• Be the go-to person for creating a welcoming and stress-free environment
