Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting goods across various routes. This role requires proficiency in operating different types of trucks, including but not limited to Dry, and refrigerated containers. The Truck Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks including tractor-trailers, safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and cargo transported.
• Navigate routes effectively while adhering to delivery schedules.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays encountered on the road.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Manage manual transmission vehicles as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
• DRIVER NEEDS TWIC CARD
• Familiarity with various truck types such as dump trucks, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and tractor-trailers is preferred.
• Experience in route driving with a strong understanding of navigation systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts is a plus.
• Previous experience handling manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
