Job Title: Electrician - 2nd Shift
Job Description

We are seeking 10 motivated individuals to join our team as electrical assemblers or electrical apprentices. This entry-level position requires no prior experience in the electrical field. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and engage in hands-on work in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Participate in electrical assembly and installation tasks.
• Work with conduit and wire pulling.
• Assist in the construction and wiring processes.
• Follow blueprints and other technical instructions.

Essential Skills

• Willingness to learn and work hands-on in the electrical trade.
• Ability to work with electrical components such as conduit and wiring.
• Understanding of construction and blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Good dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Solid attendance record and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in English, speaking at least 50% fluently.
• Any existing electrical knowledge is a plus.

Work Environment

The position is based in a pre-fabrication environment that is equipped with heating but not air conditioning. The role requires working the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 4 PM to 2 AM. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a hard hat, safety vest, and safety glasses will be provided during orientation. Candidates must supply their own steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
