Job Description

The Application Administrator II is responsible for assisting in the management of loan operation related applications and software, including product releases, software enhancements, and new modules. This role can be located in our New Ulm, Baxter, or Arden Hills office. Job Duties Manage and administer Encompass Software System. Maintain in-depth knowledge of loan operations and regulations, specifically mortgage and consumer lending, but not limited to business/ag. Offer business insight into the future development of new workflows to enhance automation of the mortgage and consumer workflows. Develop and effectively train staff members as needed. Assisting & leading projects related to the department and completing them in a timely manner. Supports management initiatives and promotes a positive culture within the department. Skills Required Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technology forums, and government regulations. Intermediate internet research skills and self-motivation. Intermediate typing skills. Intermediate Excel skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Demonstrated experience with the administration of Encompass mortgage software. Skills Preferred ~5-10 years mortgage processing and/or closing experience. Education Associate's degree (AA) or higher from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 5 years of loan background in the mortgage or consumer loan operations areas. Minimum of 3 years experience with the administration of Encompass mortgage software. Salary range for this role is $69,000 to $88,000 annually, depending on experience.
