Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for a 1st Shift Assembly Line Leader located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

Pay: $23.67/Hour

Summary: The Assembly Line Leader supports and directs daily assembly operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role assigns tasks, handles complex builds, trains team members, and serves as a backup to the Group Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the assembly team
• Assign and coordinate daily tasks
• Perform and assist with complex assemblies and rework
• Train and support assemblers
• Use basic software for label printing, SAP transactions, and testing
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
• Float between teams as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical ability and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 44 lbs
• Basic computer and equipment operation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
