1st,2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly Associates

Pay Up To $16hr

Duties / Responsibilities:
 Perform assigned duties according to the established product specific procedures and work instructions
 Maintain established product quality standards and production requirements for each job assigned
 Maintain assembly area in a clean and organized manner
 Accurately assemble, count, package, and label finished product in production
 Assist with training other Production Assembly Operators as required
 Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Team Leader or Plant Manager

Qualifications:
 High School diploma (GED)
 Hand-to-eye coordination capability sufficient to keep press operating at optimum cycle time;
 Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time;
 Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
 1 year continuous work history in a manufacturing environment
